1. I signed up to become a Human Heart Nature dealer recently, largely because I really love their beauty products, especially the facial wash. But more than an income generating project, it’s social entrepreneurship: HN sells organic products that are locally produced and support the livelihood projects of Gawad Kalinga communities. Last Saturday, I enjoyed visiting their flagship store in Quezon City, with its array of affordable products, fellow social entrepreneurs, unlimited brewed coffee and the Enchanted Farm Cafe’s never-ending pesto pasta.

3. My former dorm/choir/schoolmates and current small group invaded my home for our monthly book study. We feasted on cream dory, roast chicken, shrimp dumplings, kangkong salad and brown rice. And of course, we reaffirmed our identity as a new creation indwelt by Christ.

1. It takes me a leisurely 30-minute walk to get to work from a friend’s condo. Space is essential, but I think my top priority for future house hunting is location, location, location.

2. My Ian surprises me with a Happy Lunary! message, and I had to pause to count how long we’ve been together. Not because I take him/us for granted, but because he already makes every day feel special, an anniversary seems so… redundant. =)

3. I finally pin down what I need for this season: discernment and wisdom.

4. My condo overflowed with guests several times last month, some of them staying for several days. My room mate was overwhelmed. I was as happy as a duck in water.
